In almost 12 months i have lost 13kg through careful training and healthier eating habbits. I have made the gym of Harbour Fitness a regular habbit. Through Jay's boxing classes i trained 5 times per week, he is truley my isperation. The people at Harbour Fitness are great and Vini is an awesome person too. I have met alot of good people here who all share the same great habbit - it is just like another big family/whanau to me. Thanks.

I joined Harbour Fitness and needed more excitment working out to keep me going. I started doing boxing classes with Jay and ended up loving it. He trains me hard and pushes me to the max. After 8 months of working out i have lost 16kgs. Thanks Boxing and thanks you Jay!!

Been coming to the gym since Harbour Fitness first opened on Wairau Road, the staff are so friendly and helpful. I got interested in Group Fitness especially boxing and it is now apart of my daily routine. I look forward to coming to the gym every day and getting greeted by the firendly customer service team.
